Earthquake 6 km Northwest of Martuni

Today, on July 6, at 07:48 local time, an earthquake of magnitude 1.9 was recorded at a depth of 10 km by the seismic monitoring network of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, 6 km northwest of the city of Martuni.

The intensity of the underground tremor in the epicentral zone was assessed at 2-3 ball. The earthquake was felt in the city of Martuni, as well as in the villages of Eranos, Lichk, Tsakhkar, and Vardadzor with an intensity of 2 ball.
