Elon Musk Plans to Establish New Political Party

Elon Musk is discussing the creation of an 'America Party'. On July 4th, during the Independence Day celebrations in the US, he initiated a poll on the X platform and asked users whether it is worth creating a new political force independent of the current two-party system.

"Independence Day is a great opportunity to think about whether you want independence from the two-party system. Should we create the America Party?" Musk wrote.

More than 224,000 users participated in the poll, with 62.2 percent expressing support for the establishment of a new party, while 37.8 percent opposed it. The voting is still ongoing.

Previously, he had stated that he is ready to found a new party if Congress passes the One Big Beautiful Bill Act supported by former President Donald Trump.
