3 Victims in Tragic Accident on Abovyan-Jraber Road

On July 1st, at 21:33, the crisis management center of the Kotayk regional rescue service received a report that there had been a traffic accident near one of the restaurants on the Abovyan-Jraber road, requiring urgent rescue assistance.

A firefighting and rescue unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was later determined that a BMW vehicle had left the roadway at the 2nd kilometer of the Abovyan-Jraber road and rolled into a field area.

The rescuers disconnected the vehicle from the power supply, closed the gas cylinder valve, and secured the area. They discovered the bodies of three individuals in the field area, outside the vehicle.
