Annual Income of Levon Kocharian and His Family Revealed

The Deputy of the National Assembly from the "Armenia" faction, Levon Kocharian, submitted his annual declaration of property and income for 2024 to the Anti-Corruption Committee on May 30, 2025. According to the declaration, he reported a privately owned parking space in Yerevan, purchased in 2009. He also owns a privately owned apartment in Yerevan, received as a donation in 2009.

In 2012 and 2013, the younger Kocharian acquired two non-residential spaces in a multi-apartment building co-owned with others. This information was reported by armtimes.com.

Kocharian declared two movable properties: a Toyota vehicle, produced in 2019, acquired that same year, and another Toyota vehicle, produced in 2013, also acquired in that year. He has been benefiting from or managing a Lexus vehicle produced in 2020 for more than 90 days.

Levon Kocharian has stakes in five companies: "Modelizer AB" valued at €100,000, and "Exzel Outdoors LLC" valued at $300,000. He acquired a share for 5,000 rubles from Samvel Stepanian and bought a share worth 1 billion 74 million drams from Hovik Shahinyan. The latter received a share valued at 31.8 million drams as a gift from his brother, Sedrak Kocharian, in 2015.

He has receivables of 244 million 452 thousand 574 rubles from "Zemkominvest LLC", 4 million 270 thousand from the Armenian Federation of Powerlifting NGOs, and 9 thousand dollars from the same federation.

In terms of cash resources, Levon Kocharian declared 153 thousand 129 drams, which at the end of the year became 1 thousand 151 drams; 314 thousand 885 drams, which became 1 thousand 800 drams by year-end; 6 thousand 700 Swedish crowns; and 10.15 dollars, which remained at year-end. He also reported 36.79 dollars, which became 3 thousand 485 dollars by year-end, and 12 million 363 thousand 650.9 drams, which became 3 million 63 thousand drams by year-end. His cash amount was 3 million, which reduced to 1 million 500 thousand drams at the end of the year.

His total annual income amounted to 135 million 205 thousand 952 drams, of which 9 million 637 thousand 516 drams were received from the "Staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia" as a salary, and 30 million 568 thousand 436 drams were received from "Target Group" as rent or other remuneration.

Kocharian's wife, singer Sirushon (or Siranush Kocharian), also submitted her annual declaration of property and income for 2024 to the Anti-Corruption Committee on May 30, 2025. Sirush's total annual income amounted to 51 million 422 thousand 567.69 drams.
