Gunshots Heard at Night, Says Syunik Governor

“In Syunik, there are occasional direct gunfire from the adversary, resulting in incidents where shots hit infrastructure and domestic animals,” said Syunik Governor Robert Ghukasyan during a conversation with journalists.

“It’s very concerning that they are shooting. It has been three months or more that the sounds of systematic gunfire have been heard at night,” he noted.

According to the governor, the Ministry of Defense officially records the facts and has a position on this matter. “I probably have nothing to add to what the Ministry of Defense said,” Ghukasyan stated.
