This was stated today by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan during a conversation with journalists, addressing a reporter's observation that the Nor Nork district head insulted an opposition council member.

“And from now on, dear people, excuse me, with all due respect to everyone, anyone who thinks that by insulting a person they will not face consequences is gravely mistaken,” said the mayor.

Avinyan also mentioned that the kindergarten in Nor Nork, which has been a topic of discussion, has not yet been accepted by the city hall. “Yes, there are issues there. The construction-repair department has not yet paid the entire renovation amount. The way to solve this issue is to get the technician and the builder to work, which the city hall is doing. There has never been such a case where we closed the work and accepted it, and the announcement about it is genuine,” said Tigran Avinyan.
