Black Smoke Over Moscow: Moscow City on Fire

A fire has broken out in the center of the Russian capital. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

As firefighters arrived, a car exploded and caught fire at the scene, which was located in the parking lot of an administrative building. Three explosions were reported at the site.
