Yerevan Lost to 'Lngulavaz', While the Community Lost to 'Dead Money': Viktor Mnatsakanyan

In a parallel reality, the sidewalk lost to patronage. Viktor Mnatsakanyan, the former head of the Central administrative district, made this statement in a recent Facebook post. He also published a video from the center of Yerevan, where active construction is underway in a green area. As seen in the video, an advertising panel is being installed at the site.

"The lawn lost to concrete. Yerevan lost to 'Lngulavaz', while the community lost to 'Dead Money,'" he wrote alongside the video.

Earlier, Mnatsakanyan had also commented on the matter. In a post on his Facebook page, he expressed concern over the cutting down of Sayat Nova trees, stating, "I also asked why they cut down the Sayat Nova trees, they destroyed them just to make their advertising panels more competitive and visible."

It is noteworthy that blogger Edward Hayrumyan also addressed the issue, mentioning in his Facebook post, "Oh, it seems a new trend of placing advertising panels has started all over the center of Yerevan."
