French Frigate Destroys UAV in Red Sea

A French frigate has destroyed a drone launched from Yemen in the Red Sea. This was announced by France's Minister of Defense, Sébastien Lecornu, on his X social media page.

“Destruction of a drone launched from Yemen by a French frigate in the Red Sea. Our armed forces continue to fulfill their obligations to guarantee freedom of navigation,” he wrote, sharing an image of the explosion that occurred during the targeting. However, the minister did not provide further details or state when the incident took place.
