Body of Missing Turkish Youth Found at Armenian-Turkish Border

The body of a missing Turkish youth has been discovered at the Armenian-Turkish border. This was reported by guvengazetesi.com.tr.

İsmail Adı, a 28-year-old, went missing after attempting to cross the border illegally from Turkey to Armenia with three friends in Iğdır. Following the report from the friends, local media indicate that units from the Turkish gendarmerie and the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority were sent to the scene.

It is believed that the young man fell into the Araks River while attempting to cross the border.
