The spokesperson for the Yerevan Mayor, Hayk Kostanyan, has commented on the accident involving an emergency medical vehicle. He mentioned that the deceased doctor was not wearing a seatbelt.

"I regret to inform that the doctor was not secured by a seatbelt, which resulted in severe injuries that were incompatible with life," Kostanyan stated.
