Couple Dies Suddenly from Pickled Cucumbers

On April 14, at 9:47 AM, the Tavush region's police operational management center received a report from the "Aygedzor" medical center that a 55-year-old husband and his 49-year-old wife from the village of Chinari had died suddenly at home. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

An operational group from the community police department in Tavush was dispatched to the scene. Preliminary findings suggest that the couple died from the acidity of pickled cucumbers in their kitchen. An external examination did not reveal any signs of violence on the bodies. The documents prepared have been submitted to the preliminary investigative body.
