China Is Isolating Itself, Says Besant
US Treasury Secretary Scott Besant believes that China has decided to isolate itself by taking retaliatory measures and increasing tariffs on American goods.
“China has decided to isolate itself by deepening its already bad behavior,” he wrote on the social platform X.
Besant added that after the broad import tariffs imposed by Trump, over 50 countries have reached out to him in an "open and positive" manner.
