Extravagant Trips Unjustified: President Pezeshkian Dismisses Vice President
The President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, has dismissed Shahram Dabiri, the Vice President for Parliamentary Affairs. This was reported by the IRNA news agency.
Pezeshkian stated in his decree that he decided to dismiss Dabiri after reviewing a report on his travels. He emphasized that, "Considering the numerous economic difficulties faced by the public, officials' extravagant travels, even if funded by personal incomes, are unjustified and contradict the minimalist lifestyle expected from Iranian officials."
