Criminal Proceedings Against Azerbaijan for Gunfire Towards Khndzoresk

A criminal investigation has been initiated regarding the incident of gunfire towards Khndzoresk by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on the night of March 30 to 31. Kimberly Avdalyan, the press secretary of the Investigative Committee, reported this in a conversation with "Factinfo."

The investigation has been launched under Article 44-155, parts 2, points 7 and 15 of the Criminal Code (attempt to kill others in a manner dangerous to their life motivated by hatred, intolerance or enmity based on racial, national, ethnic or social origin, religion, political or other beliefs, or other personal or social circumstances) and part 1 of Article 335 (illegal possession of firearms). Forensic and forensic examinations have been appointed.
