US Will Receive Proportional Response: Araghchi

The window for diplomacy is always open, but we will not engage in direct negotiations with the US under pressure and threats. This was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, according to ParsToday.

“The reason for indirect negotiations is the threats that are constantly being voiced, and these actions are actually a response to American harassment. We do not negotiate under conditions of persecution, but we have always been prepared and are ready to negotiate from an equal position,” said Araghchi.

The Iranian Foreign Minister added that negotiations regarding the nuclear program with the US president will only take place through third countries. “Every action and statement will receive a proportional response,” emphasized Araghchi.
