Alen Simonyan Issues a Statement

The President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, has issued a statement regarding the nomination of candidates for members of the Supreme Judicial Council.

According to part 2 of Article 144 of the constitutional law 'Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly', the 'Civil Contract' faction of the National Assembly has nominated Ashot Hayrapetyan, Armenuhie Harutyunyan, and Anahit Abrahamyan as candidates for the three vacant positions in the Supreme Judicial Council.
