You Can't Hand Over a Single Maternity Hospital in 6 Years: Mkhtaryan to Minasyan

“You can’t hand over a single maternity hospital in 6 years, 60-70% of the funding for which has already been provided by a benefactor. This was stated by Ruben Mkhtaryan, the mayoral candidate of Gyumri from the 'My Powerful Community' party, during a televised debate on Public Television, addressing the candidate from the ruling party, Sarik Minasyan.

“In other words, in a span of 7 years, a single building has been constructed in 1.5 years. To put it in perspective, if you are not aware, I will tell you how many buildings were constructed during the first, second, and third presidents’ tenures over a span of 7 years. Let’s fix it: your government has built only 5 buildings, and in 6 years you have not managed to hand over a single maternity hospital, despite having a benefactor who contributed 60-70% of the funds. This clearly indicates the effectiveness of your work—from social programs to asphalt, always telling the people to give you one more chance,” he said.

Earlier, Sarik Minasyan stated that the current government has constructed 5 residential buildings in the past 7 years.
