This was reported by White House special envoy Steve Witkoff. ‘Putin had ordered the portrait from a famous Russian artist and asked me to deliver it to Trump. I took it and handed it over to him. Putin told me that after the assassination attempt on Trump, he went to church and prayed for him,’ he stated.
