We Have Had Such Incidents Before So That We All Live in Fear and Horror, Torosyan

The actions of Azerbaijan are informational provocations, essentially aiming at several objectives. This was stated by Arsen Torosyan, a member of the National Assembly from the ruling Civil Contract party, during a press briefing.

“Firstly, they want to disrupt stability within our country, and we have had similar incidents before to make us all live in fear and horror. Both clarifications from our Ministry of Defense and from the European Union monitoring mission essentially dispel any suspicions that there has been any gunfire from either side, and no factual data has even been presented.”
