Recognizing Own Territories as Russian is a Red Line: Zelensky

After the conversation between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, the Russian Armed Forces struck energy facilities and transportation, launching about 150 drones. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, as reported by Euronews.

“Putin’s words contradict reality, and security guarantees are essential to prevent the resumption of hostilities. I believe that this year the war can end with a dignified peace,” said the president.

The president also added that for Ukraine, recognizing its own territories as Russian is a red line that they will never cross. “It is impossible to end this war justly without us. And when I speak with the U.S. President directly, I will know the details of the conversation that has already taken place,” the president concluded his remarks.
