Peace Agreement to be Signed as Soon as Possible: Hovhannisyan

We are not making any concessions in the peace agreement; this is a peace process. This was stated by the Minister of Finance of Armenia, Vahe Hovhannisyan, during a conversation with reporters.

"I believe that this is a bilateral agreement; we will not compromise our sovereignty. Naturally, we do not want someone to be at our borders if we have a delineated border. I believe that the peace agreement will be signed as soon as possible," noted the minister.
