Two More Individuals Join Mane Tandilyan's Hunger Strike

The co-founder of the 'Living Country' party, Mane Tandilyan, has been joined by Armenian citizens Vardan Avagyan and Artavazd Lalayan in her hunger strike. According to Sputnik Armenia, Tandilyan began her hunger strike on March 1, urging Rubén Vardanyan, the former Prime Minister of Artsakh and philanthropist, who is currently imprisoned in Baku, to end his own hunger strike and in support of Armenians being illegally tried in Baku.

In an interview with the media, they shared that an ambulance was summoned last night because one of the young men experienced numbness in his limbs. It was noted that it was very cold overnight, and the police allowed them to close the tent.

Vardan Avagyan stated that it is cold, but their conditions are much better than those of Rubén Vardanyan there. “I joined the hunger strike to urge Rubén Vardanyan to end his hunger strike, as he is already facing irreversible health issues,” Avagyan said.

Tandilyan's friend, doctor Karen Matevosyan, mentioned that all three hunger strikers underwent a medical examination before starting the hunger strike. He emphasized their concern for Ms. Tandilyan's health and warned them about potential dangers, but noted that this is her conscious decision.
