Last Minute Cancellation of Rubio and Kaja Kallas Meeting in Washington

A meeting between U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas has been canceled at the last minute in Washington. This has been reported by local media.
