Trump Humiliates Macron: Daily Express
During a meeting at the White House, Donald Trump seated French President Emmanuel Macron in a chair positioned at the edge of the table, while he himself sat at the center. As seen in photos, U.S. Vice President Jay D. Vance maintained a very relaxed posture. This was reported by the Daily Express.
"The French President appeared obviously constrained. Moreover, Donald Trump did not meet with Emmanuel Macron upon his arrival at the White House," the publication noted.
Macron's visit to the U.S. was intended to convey Europe's position on Ukraine to Trump and to soften his attitude towards the Kyiv authorities.
Additionally, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the European Union's foreign affairs chief, Kaja Kallas, are set to visit the U.S. today.
