Zelensky Proposes Exchange to Russia

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has stated that he will offer Russia an exchange involving the Kursk region, which is currently under Ukrainian control, in return for territories controlled by Russia within Ukraine.

“We will exchange one territory for another,” he said. Zelensky added that it remains unclear what territory Ukraine would ask for in return. “I don’t know, we will see. But all our territories are important, there is no priority,” he emphasized.

It is worth noting that Klitschko had earlier announced that the conflict in Ukraine would end in one or two months with a “painful compromise.”
