South Korean Defense Ministry Blocks DeepSeek Chatbot

The South Korean Ministry of Defense has blocked the chatbot developed by the Chinese company DeepSeek, according to reports from Yonhap News Agency citing sources. The ministry has indicated that it is taking all 'necessary measures' to ensure security.

Earlier, it was reported that the country's Ministry of Industry and Trade, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, had blocked access to DeepSeek. It has also been reported that the Ministry of Finance plans to take similar actions.
