Netanyahu's 'Deadly' Gift to Trump

The adviser to the Israeli Prime Minister, Dmitri Gendelman, posted a photo of golden pages that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gifted to U.S. President Donald Trump during his visit to Washington. “The pages symbolize the decision of the Jewish Prime Minister, which turned the tide of war and marked the starting point for undermining the spirit of the terrorist organization Hezbollah,” Gendelman wrote.

On the plaque of the pages, Benjamin Netanyahu left a message: “To Donald Trump – our great friend and ally.” It is worth recalling that the operation involving the pages was conducted by Israel in September 2024. The first wave of explosions in Lebanon resulted in over 4,000 injuries, with at least 12 deaths, while a second wave of explosions led to 25 fatalities and more than 700 injuries.
