New Changes in Russia Regarding Illegal Migrants

The chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, has announced the introduction of two changes aimed at improving migration policy, effective February 5. He shared this information on his Telegram channel.

The first law introduces a regime for the expulsion of illegal migrants. The second law establishes administrative liability for violating the rules of entry and exit from the country, as well as for providing prohibited services to migrants listed in the controlled persons registry.

Additionally, administrative liability is imposed for violations of the rules for entering or exiting the country.
