We Are Suspiciously Transparent with Our Partners: Pashinyan

Armenia is sincere with all partners. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement in Davos while discussing Armenia's relations with Iran and Russia.

"We are very transparent in our relations with partners; I would say we are suspiciously transparent. We inform Iran and Russia about our rapprochement plans with the EU, as we understand that it is necessary to support the development of the region and it is crucial not to lose the balance that could lead to a loss of stability," said Pashinyan.

He emphasized that Armenia wants to have good relations with all countries in the region. Yerevan is trying to establish diplomatic relations with Turkey and reach a peace agreement with Azerbaijan. He stressed that it is not an easy task, but it is possible.

The Prime Minister added that Armenia is an independent state, and although the world is facing global challenges right now, significant changes are occurring that undoubtedly bring great threats but also immense opportunities. According to Pashinyan, Armenia is trying to manage risks and seize opportunities.
