Trump Accuses Russia of Theft

Trump has accused Russia of stealing the project proposal for the United States' hypersonic missile program. He made this statement in an interview with Fox News.

“Russia supposedly received the project proposal for the hypersonic missile program during Barack Obama's administration. Some bad person passed that project to Russia,” Trump said. At the same time, he assured that the country will “soon acquire” hypersonic missiles. He promised that missile launches will take place in the near future.

It's worth noting that this is not Trump's first such statement. In 2023, he claimed that Russia had stolen American blueprints and created its own “hypersonic missile,” referring to hypersonic weapons. In this context, he warned that the U.S. needs its own “Iron Dome,” similar to that of Israel.
