Hakobyan Discusses His Home Burglary and Damage Assessment

My house was robbed, and they took money, several gold chains, and a watch. This was stated today by MP Hratchya Hakobyan during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly, emphasizing that the total amount of damage is estimated at 7.5-8 million AMD.

“The increase in crime is certainly concerning, but it’s not as if we didn't have such issues in the past,” he noted. He also reported that the incident occurred on December 28, but he contacted the police on January 14 because he was out of the country.

“I was in the United States, and my children live there. I am divorced from my ex-wife, who has married a citizen residing in the U.S., and I have no objections to my children living with their mother,” he said.
