NATO Secretary General Calls for Preparation for War
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has stated that "the best way to prevent war is to prepare for it" and urged alliance countries to "change their mindset during wartime" by increasing defense spending.
"To prevent war, we must prepare for it. Now is the time to change our mindset, and that means we need to strengthen our defense and increase production volumes," he noted.
