Where is it written that a man must hold office? Galyan
“I do not understand the discriminatory attitude towards women and then youth in terms of employment. Young people who have received a good education and have some experience, as well as all of my advisors who have solid experience, can be much more energetic and productive than the elderly. Of course, I do not belittle the biography, work, and personality of older people,” said Justice Minister Snbouhi Galyan in a talk with journalists.
“So why not? Where is it written that in some positions, a man must be present, by force of habit? Why? Let’s understand where the problem is hidden and whether it has been correct that previously all responsible positions were held by men. Today, our state, thank God, provides equal opportunities for both women and men—equally for receiving education, the competitive field is free. My experience shows that our girls are quite competitive and in some cases, due to their responsibility, diligence, and effort, they are ahead of men,” she noted.
