Discussion with Ruben Rubinyan and the Iran-Armenia Friendship Group

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ruben Rubinyan, welcomed the delegation from the Iran-Armenia Friendship Group of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran on January 14. This was reported by the National Assembly.

Ruben Rubinyan emphasized that Armenia values its millennia-old friendship with Iran. He noted that in recent years, political dialogue and cooperation between the two countries have significantly increased.

The Deputy Speaker underlined the importance of inter-parliamentary cooperation and the activities of friendship groups, considering it a key platform for strengthening relations between the peoples of Armenia and Iran.

Discussions also touched upon regional security and the steps being taken to establish peace.
