Artificial Intelligence May Surpass Human Abilities, Says Elon Musk

Artificial intelligence may surpass human abilities by the end of 2025, announced American entrepreneur and billionaire Elon Musk.

“Moreover, it is possible that artificial intelligence could exceed the capabilities of all humans by 2027/2028. The probability that it will surpass the intelligence of all humans by 2030 is 100%,” Musk wrote.

If Musk's predictions come true, we could see powerful artificial intelligence emerge as early as next year, capable of performing tasks using human-like cognitive abilities.
