Ukraine has used white phosphorus munitions multiple times: Zakharova

The Ukrainian armed forces have used white phosphorus munitions multiple times. This was announced by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a press briefing.

“Our law enforcement agencies, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense, have obtained irrefutable evidence regarding the multiple use of self-igniting white phosphorus munitions launched from drones by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in September,” she stated.

“This indicates that Ukraine possesses chemical weapons, which are not used in accordance with international legal acts,” the Foreign Ministry representative emphasized.
