Death Toll in Gaza Exceeds 44,200

More than 44,200 Palestinians have died since the start of military operations in Gaza in October 2023. This data has been provided by the Palestinian enclave's Ministry of Health, reports TASS.

"Since October of last year, the number of fatalities in Gaza due to the Israeli military (operations) has reached 44,211, and another 104,567 people have been injured," the statement from the ministry, published on its official Telegram channel, reads.

The Gaza Ministry of Health also reported that in the last 24 hours, due to Israeli bombings and shelling in the enclave, "35 Palestinians have died, and another 94 have been injured."
