Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready for communication and negotiations regarding Ukraine, stated Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President.
“The President has indeed repeatedly, more precisely, constantly stated that he is ready for communication and negotiations,” Peskov told reporters while commenting on the news regarding Putin's willingness for talks.
