Pashinyan Makes New Statement
Since my personnel policy has been one of the most discussed topics since 2018, I want to make some observations regarding the recent appointments. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
“The individuals appointed to high positions or nominated for such positions during November represent two groups. Either they are members of the 2018 Popular, non-violent, velvet revolutionary team who have passed through the electoral filter, gained the confidence of the people, and effectively exercised that trust, or they were already involved in the state management system at the time of the 2018 Popular, non-violent, velvet revolution, who have been given greater opportunity to realize their potential after the revolution, have effectively realized that opportunity, exhibited the necessary consensus with the ideology of the ruling majority, and have become part of a team based on the values of the 2018 Popular, non-violent, velvet revolution, Real Armenia, statehood, sovereignty, and independence,” wrote the Prime Minister.
Pashinyan also added, “I cannot say that different formulas will not be applied in the future, but the aforementioned formulas will become the pillars of our personnel policy.”
