Cadastre Committee Reminds: Deadline Until January 1

As of January 1, 2024, the registration of unauthorized constructions built in large consolidated communities will be completed. The Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia reminds that it is mandatory to register unauthorized buildings constructed in the regions of the republic by 2021 with the Cadastre Committee for legalization, in accordance with the registration procedure established by the government.

Registration of unauthorized constructions in communities that only include rural settlements will continue until January 1, 2025,” the statement from the Cadastre Committee of Armenia says.
