«This is a missed opportunity for Armenia»: Bayramov

Azerbaijan has sent invitations to both member parties of the convention and Armenia to ensure the inclusivity of COP29, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated to journalists.
“Although several representatives from Armenia were registered to participate in the COP29 conference, they did not arrive. We believe this is a missed opportunity for them,” he noted.
