Significant Losses for the Armenian National Team
The midfielder of Slovan, Tigran Barselyan, has been called up to the Armenian national team to prepare for matches against the Faroe Islands and Latvia.
During the closing stages of the match between Slovan and Skalice, Barselyan felt muscular pain. It has been determined that he has a mild muscle injury. The medical teams of Slovan and the Armenian national team have jointly decided to avoid any risks, allowing Barselyan to have the opportunity to fully recover.
In an interview with the official website of the Armenian Football Federation, Tigran Barselyan stated, “I am very happy to be called up to the national team again. Unfortunately, this time I cannot join the team, but I am hopeful that I will be able to help my teammates on the field in March. I am eagerly looking forward to the next national team gathering and matches.”
It is worth noting that Sargis Adamyan has also been called up to the Armenian national team for the upcoming matches, but he is unable to join due to an injury.
