Borrell Reveals the Only Recipe for Europe's Survival

The European Union must achieve unity among its member states to survive. This was stated by the EU's chief diplomat, Josep Borrell, upon arriving at an informal meeting of EU leaders in Budapest, as reported by TASS.

“The only recipe for the survival of Europe is unity,” he said.

According to him, the EU needs to create its own capabilities, including in the field of defense. “But we cannot do that if we are divided. The mission of the EU is to develop the Union as a capable force,” he added.
