Macron on Signing a Peace Treaty Between Armenia and Azerbaijan

France expresses its support for Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's "Peace Crossroads" initiative. This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron at the fifth summit of the European Political Community in Budapest.

"I want to thank you for your efforts, which France fully supports. This peace is attainable, and it requires the signing of a peace treaty between the two countries. It is in our common interest to contribute to stability in the South Caucasus and to establish a just peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan," he emphasized.
