Video: Papikyan on the Withdrawal of Azerbaijani Forces from Occupied Territories of Armenia

These issues are being addressed at the highest diplomatic level. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, in an interview with NEWS.am, regarding what is being done to ensure that Azerbaijani forces withdraw from the occupied territories of Armenia.

“These issues will be resolved through diplomatic means,” he said.

When asked if he sees any possibility for this, Papikyan replied, “I have answered the question.”
