The Vice President of the Civil Contract party and Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, has stated that the issue of withdrawing Azerbaijani troops from Armenian territory will definitely be discussed in the negotiations regarding border delimitation and demarcation.

“Today, tomorrow, or in two years, I cannot say at which stage we will reach this. But it is clear that when we talk about delimitation and demarcation, it means that all these issues will be discussed, from the northernmost point to the southernmost point and then to the Nakhichevan border,” he said.
