“However, through operational-investigative measures taken by the Arabkir police department, it was determined that a conflict had occurred at a car wash on Kochary Street between two workers—a 34-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy—during which they exchanged blows, and then the 17-year-old stabbed his 34-year-old colleague. As a result of the measures taken by the Arabkir criminal investigators, the 17-year-old boy from Verin Artashat village was located in his village, arrested, and transferred to the Arabkir police station. He, along with the documents prepared, has been submitted to the investigative body. The circumstances are being clarified,” the report states.
