Photos: The Damage Caused by Illegal Cutting of Hawthorn Trees in Davtashen

The damage caused by the illegal cutting of hawthorn trees in Davtashen amounts to 1,590,000 AMD.

This was reported by the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body of Armenia. In the administrative district of Davtashen, an administrative case was initiated regarding the illegal cutting of 45 hawthorn trees with trunk diameters ranging from 8 to 17 cm. The amount of damage inflicted on the environment is recorded at 1,590,000 AMD. The materials of the administrative case have been referred to the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

Let us remind you that yesterday we reported that on Pirumyan Street in the Davtashen administrative district, under still unknown circumstances, an individual cut down a total of 45 hawthorn trees.
