Erdogan States That Turkey Could Be Israel's Next Target

After Gaza and Lebanon, the next target of Israeli military attacks could be "Turkish lands." This statement was made by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. According to RIA Novosti, he stated, "I openly declare that after Palestine and Lebanon, our homeland's lands will become the place that the Israeli administration, acting under the illusion of the Promised Land, will fix its gaze upon."

He noted that Israel is currently committing genocide in the Gaza Strip and organizing terrorist attacks against Lebanon. Erdogan added that, in addition to this, the Jewish state is trying to involve other countries in the Middle Eastern conflict.

On September 23, Israeli forces announced the initiation of a "preventive offensive operation" in Lebanon, with the primary goal of destroying the military infrastructure of the Hezbollah movement.
